Make Major Career Moves at Canada’s #OneConnection Hub

Some experts say that 70% of job openings aren’t even listed. That’s a lot of missed opportunities for people who stick to the job board over networking. It’s these kinds of personal connections that can land you in these exclusive, undisclosed roles.

At Bumble, we believe one connection can change the course of your life. We built Bumble Bizz so that you would feel safe, supported, and empowered to make connections that count in your career with a simple swipe of a finger. Now, we’re bringing that experience to life with our #OneConnection Hub.

We’ll be taking over Bolo (364 Richmond St W) in downtown Toronto from April 25th through April 28th to provide a space for you to cowork, network, and connect with other professionals. We’re also offering free headshots (complete with makeup touch-ups), as well as one-on-one career coaching, tarot card readings, and profile doctoring to help maximize your Bizz matches.

Come with colleagues and friends, or stop by solo after work to mingle with others over complimentary cocktails from Ungava. Or just enjoy the space. (Yes, there will be WiFi!)

Add this pop-up to your calendar, and check out our Hub’s schedule below.

Thursday, April 25th

7am – 2pm: Bumble Bizz Profile Doctor. Optimize your professional profile to make more empowering connections.

10am – 2pm: Professional headshots by Natalia Dolan. Finally, a headshot that actually represents you. Portraits will be sent directly to your phone to share on social media. The studio booth will operate at select hours.

10am – 2pm: One-on-one coaching with Kalyna Miletic. We’ve all been under appreciated, unrecognized and not paid enough for the contribution we make at work. That ends now. Answer 10 powerful questions in 10 minutes and see how quickly your perspective shifts around the work you do and how you do it. You’ll know exactly how you can make more money (and happiness at work) by the end of the session, guaranteed! This is for you if you’re a freelancer, employee or business owner who’s ready to feel more reenergized and in control of the decisions you’re making about your career.
