The Toronto Hive will be hosting three days of empowering connections and programming, the first time ever Bumble has popped-up IRL in Canada. It is a safe and fun place to meet new matches and bring old friends. The Hive is open to anyone with an active Bumble profile. Be sure to check back here for updated events, panels, speakers and performers.

Please note: you cannot RSVP or reserve seats at the Hive. All panels are first come, first serve, and there is limited capacity, so we suggest arriving early for panels, speakers and performers you really want to see. Our hang-out space and photo booth are open all the time, so be sure to come by and say hi. Remember, your Bumble Date, BFF or Bizz profile is your ticket in.

• Bumble’s in-house sociologist Dr. Jess Carbino gets to the honest truth about online dating. What works, what doesn’t, and how to find success—whatever that might mean to you.

3:00PM – Bumble in the age of #MeToo

• Alex Williamson, Samantha Fulgham and Chelsea Maclin, some of Bumble’s earliest team members, will open up about what it was like to start a company based around the values of being kind and respectful, and what’s changed (and hasn’t changed) in the age of #MeToo.

4:00PM –  A healthy sex life and the single girl

• Bumble’s in-house sociologist Dr. Jess Carbino talks to Bianca Venerayan and Alyssa Garrison about what it means to be single in 2018, how to avoid those idealized romantic pitfalls, and how to maintain a healthy sex life. Come with your questions!

6:00PM – The Kit presents: The power of female friendships

• The Kit’s Editor-in-Chief Laura deCarufel leads a conversation about how impactful friendship can be in every aspect of life – everything from connecting to the world around you to getting a business off the ground.

• The panelists for this discussion have broken the mould when it comes to expectations, job descriptions and relationships.

6:00PM – Female-only spaces: Safe spaces and inclusivity

• Bumble’s Chief Brand Officer leads this discussion about the recent rise in women’s-only spaces and what they mean for safety and inclusivity. Included in the panel are bonafide experts in the area including Kate Chippindale of Bad Girls Collective, Bianca Harris of Women Inspiring Passion and Purpose (WIPP) and Aisha Addo of Drive Her and Power to Girls.
